Strip. Inspect. Restore. Rebuild.
Each carburettor is fully stripped, inspected for wear or damage, cleaned internally and externally, rebuilt with serviceable or replacement parts, then set to specification and checked before return.
Inspect & strip
Complete disassembly and inspection of jets, needles, floats, diaphragms, seals, linkages and fuel passages.
Clean & restore
Internal circuits are ultrasonically cleaned, while castings and external hardware are restored using the appropriate finishing process.
Rebuild & QC
Reassembled, set to specification and bench-synchronised, with float heights, linkage operation and final adjustments checked before QC.
More than a clean and rebuild.
